The Udaipur team is a critical part of their Rajasthan operations, focusing on the grassroots legal verification required for secured lending.

Open Positions

1. Legal Associate

• Experience: 0–3 years.
• Focus: Title search reports, document vetting, and coordinating complex property clearances.
• Ideal for: Junior lawyers looking to specialize in the Mortgage and BFSI legal domain.

2. Legal Intern / Junior Legal Executive

• Eligibility: Final-year law students or fresh LL.B. graduates.
• Focus: Learning the ropes of revenue records, sub-registrar office processes, and basic legal reporting.

Work Profile & Responsibilities

The role is a mix of intellectual “desk work” and “field coordination” to ensure property titles are legally enforceable:

• Title Due Diligence: Conducting 13 to 30-year title searches to ensure properties are free from encumbrances.
• Document Verification: Authenticating sale deeds, allotment letters, and revenue records (Jamabandi/Girdawari).
• Government Liaisoning: Coordinating with Sub-Registrar offices and Revenue departments for certified copies and record searches.
• Lender Assignments: Drafting Preliminary and Final Title Opinions (PTO/FTO) for financial institutions.
• Reporting: Following strict corporate formats and timelines to meet bank “Quick Commerce” benchmarks.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Transfer of Property Act and Rajasthan Revenue Laws.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to local government offices (fieldwork is a core component).
