Authors are encouraged to explore any contemporary issue in Securities Law. Indicative themes include:

  • Insider Trading: Strengthening regulations and the evolving role of Unpublished Price-Sensitive Information (UPSI).
  • ESG Frameworks: Environmental, Social, and Governance disclosure requirements from legal and investor perspectives.
  • AI in Finance: The impact and regulation of Artificial Intelligence within securities trading and market monitoring.
  • Corporate Governance & IPOs: SEBI’s proposals on lock-in norms, ESOPs, and founder incentives.

Eligibility & Co-authorship

  • Eligibility: Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. students from any recognized Indian university.
